Practice and reflection on the modularization of specialist training program

Abstract: This paper analysized the problems in the training of specialist physicians in China and recommended a “modular training”. Combine with experience of its application in the training of oncology specialists, the author explored the strategic significance of modularization training in the training of specialist doctors, providing a new pathway to facilitate the development and implementation of the training policies for specialist doctors.
