Abstract: Under the background of the rule by law and the legalization of health care, the demand of the medical staff’s health professional ethics and legal consciousness is going higher. And the clinical medical students as the mainstay of medical institution, the university stage is the only chance to learn about health law. This study analyzed the training scheme of clinical medicine of 16 universities and found there are urgent problems: the “health law” as an important medical humanities course, there are different names, credits is less, class time is short, the course is not respected. It suggested that in the revision of clinical medicine’s training scheme make the course of health law as the required course, unify the name of this course, appropriately increase the class time, improve the credit, attaches great importance to the practice, and enrich the teaching methods.
