Abstract: Interventional diagnostics and therapeutics is a necessary clinical technique in cardiovascular medicine. However, traditional teaching mode is severely limited by time, space and number of people. In order to improve the skill training of cardiovascular intervention, the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University built an interactive network teaching platform for interventional cardiology, and applied it to 43 participants from all over the country who participated in training at our institution from 2020 to 2022. This article introduced the design and implementation process of this platform. The teaching effect was evaluated through three aspects: trainees' professional examination results, teachers' evaluation and trainees' satisfaction survey. The results showed that all the trainees passed the final examination at one time, and 86.0%(37/43) of the trainees got excellent scores in the professional examination (greater than or equal to 80 points). The ratio of teachers' evaluation results as excellent and good reached 86.0%(37/43) and 14.0%(6/43), respectively. Lastly, 95.3%(41/43) of the trainees were very satisfied and quite satisfied with the interactive teaching platform, which improved their ability to analyze and solve practical problems. The interactive online teaching of interventional cardiology has achieved good results and has been recognized by teachers and trainees.
