摘要: 护士的临床实践能力是检验护理教育质量和临床教学效果的关键指标,更是直接影响护理质量和患者安全的重要因素,因此,选择合适的评估工具对护理学专业学生的临床实践能力进行全面、正确的评估至关重要。本文对国内外针对护理学专业学生的临床实践能力评估工具进行汇总,详细描述了各种评估工具的适用人群、内容条目、评分方法、信度和效度等,旨在为护理教育工作者选择适当的临床实践能力评估工具而供参考,为进一步提高护理临床实践教学质量、培养高素质实用型护理人才奠定基础,努力实现护理学科品质和内涵的全面提升。

Abstract: The clinical capacity of nurses is a key indicator to evaluate the quality of nursing education and teaching effect, it is an important factor that directly affects the quality of nursing and patient safety. Therefore, it is very important to choose a suitable tool for a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the clinical capacity of nursing students. This article summarizes the tool for evaluation of clinical capacity of nursing students in China and and abroad, and describes in detail the applicable population, content items, scoring methods, reliability and validity of each evaluation tool. It aims to provide reference for nursing educators to choose right assessment tools, and lay a foundation for further improvement of clinical training of high-quality practical talents and to facilitate the development of . nursing disciplines.
