北京大学医学部八年制临床医学专业毕业生临床和科研能力调查分析

Survey analysis on clinical and scientific research abilities of eight-year clinical medicine program graduates from Peking University Health Science Center

摘要: 目的 了解北京大学医学部八年制临床医学专业毕业生的临床和科研能力,为八年制临床医学专业教学改革提供参考。方法 采用问卷调查方法,选择北京大学医学部2009届~2016届八年制临床医学专业197名毕业生为研究对象,从临床能力、科研能力以及对院校教育的评价等方面进行自我评价和同行评价。结果 在临床能力方面,自我评价医患沟通[(3.97±0.67)分]、操作能力[(3.96±0.63)分]、自我学习能力[(3.96±0.63)分]的评分排在前三位;同行评价专业知识[(4.48±0.66)分]、操作能力[(4.44±0.70)分]、自我学习能力[(4.43±0.75)分]的评分排在前三位。76.5%(114/149)的同行对毕业生科研能力总体评价为较好或很好,70.1%(138/197)的毕业生认为院校教育在科研创新培养方面存在不足。 八年制临床医学专业毕业生具备良好的临床能力和一定的科研实力。毕业生对于院校在其科研能力培养等方面有需求。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical and scientific research capacity of Eight-Year Program graduates of clinical medicine from Peking University Health Science Center and so to provide reference for the development and reform of eight-year clinical medicine program.Methods Questionnaires were distributed to 197 undergraduates from 2009 to 2016 Eight-Year Clinical Medicine Program graduates from Peking University Health Science Center to perform self-evaluation and peer evaluation for capacity in clinical performance, scientific research and their evaluation to school education.Results For self-evaluation on clinical ability, the scores for doctor-patient communication (3.97±0.67), operational skill (3.96±0.63) and self-learning capacity (3.96±0.63) ranked in the top three; and in peer evaluation, the scores for professional knowledge (4.48±0.66), operational ability (4.44±0.70), self-learning capacity (4.43±0.75) ranked in the top three. Totally 76.5%(114/149) of their peers regarded the scientific research ability of the eight-year program graduates is relatively or very well, and 70.1%(138/197) of the eight-year program graduates thought that the university education lacked innovation in scientific research cultivation.Conclusions The eight-year program undergraduates have good clinical ability and certain scientific research capacity. The survey also reflects the needs of undergraduates for extensive training for research capacity building.
