摘要: 病理学兼具基础医学和临床医学属性,是一门连接基础和临床的桥梁学科。本文以病理学“双师型”师资团队为切入点,从理论研究和实践探索2个层面,分析病理学“双师型”师资队伍建设的研究背景、资格认定标准、师资培养模式,并构建考核方案,旨在提供病理学“双师型”教师培养的教学模式和理论依据,以提高病理学教师的整体素质和教学水平,从而为病理学师资队伍建设与教师教学能力的提升提供一种新的途径。

Abstract: Pathology has the attributes of basic medicine and clinical medicine, and is a bridge discipline connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine. In this study, we take the qualification for twin-title pathological instructors as the starting point from the theoretical research and practical exploration, and to analyze the research background, qualification standards and faculty training mode of the construction for twin-title pathology instructors' team, to develop an assessment program. The aim is to provide a teaching model and theoretical basis for twin-title pathology instructors training, so as to improve the professionalism faculty and teaching quality level of pathology teachers, and to provide a new pathway exploration for the construction of qualified faculty team teachers and to facilitate capacity building of teaching team which may meet the needs of reformed medical the education in the new era.
