摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨思维导图应用于临床带教对护理学专业实习学生注册护士核心能力的影响。方法采用方便抽样选择在滨州医学院附属医院实习的2012级护理学专业本科182名实习学生,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用思维导图的实习带教模式,对照组采用常规实习带教模式。采用一般情况调查表、注册护士核心能力量表分别对两组学生进行调查。结果学生来源、选择专业的方式、是否学生干部、性格是影响常规带教实习学生注册护士核心能力的主要因素。应用思维导图的实验组学生注册护士核心能力量表总分显著高于对照组学生,其中多个维度实验组学生得分显著高于对照组学生。结论应用思维导图的临床带教有助于提高实习学生注册护士核心能力,可以使其更好地适应从业后的临床护理工作。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of mind mapping applied to clinical teaching on the competency of registered nurses of nursing students.Methods Using the convenience sampling method, 182 internship nursing students in Grade 2012, Binzhou Medical University were selected as the object of study. They were devided into experimental and control group. The experimental group was intervened by clinical teaching model based on mind mapping, while the control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching model. A general condition questionaire and competency inventory for registered nurses (CIRN) were used to test the two groups.Results Factors such as urban and rural sources mainly affected registered nurses competency. The score of CIRN for experimental group was significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusions Clinical teaching model based on mind mapping helps to improve the registered nurses competency of nursing students.
