护理学专业实习学生的人文关怀能力与医院关怀氛围感知的相关性研究

摘要: 目的 探讨护理学专业实习学生的人文关怀能力与医院关怀氛围感知的关系,为使实习医院营造有效的关怀氛围,提高学生的人文关怀能力提供依据。方法 采用人文关怀能力评价量表及护理学专业实习学生对医院关怀氛围的感知量表对福建省某医学高等院校2012级四年制护理学专业实习学生共270人进行问卷调查,并进行相关性分析。结果 护理学专业实习学生的人文关怀能力总均分为(3.97±0.37)分,护理学专业实习学生对医院关怀氛围的感知总均分为(3.97±0.49)分,护理学专业实习学生的人文关怀能力与医院关怀氛围的感知存在高度正相关 (r=0.913,P<0.01)。结论 在护理学专业学生实习中,营造有效的医院关怀氛围会提高护理学专业实习学生的人文关怀能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between humanistic caring ability and perception of caring environment in hospital of undergraduate nursing students undergoing clinical practice, and to provide reference for educators to improve caring environment in hospital and students' humanistic caring ability.Methods A total of 270 undergraduate nursing students undergoing clinical practice were investigated using Humanistic Caring Ability Scale and Perception of Hospital Caring Environment Scale for Nursing Undergraduates.Results The mean scores of students' humanistic caring ability and perception of caring environment in hospital were (3.97±0.37) and (3.97±0.49), respectively. The two variables were positively correlated (r=0.913, P<0.01).Conclusions It suggested that creating an effective caring environment in hospital for clinical practice may improve the nursing students' humanistic caring ability.
