儿科学硕士专业学位研究生科研能力的现状与探讨

摘要: 目的 了解儿科学硕士专业学位研究生(下文简称儿科学专硕)的科研能力现状,提出培养建议。方法 对浙江大学医学院56名儿科学专硕发放调查问卷,进行调查与分析。结果 调查结果显示,只有25.0%(14/56)的研究生以第一作者发表文章,64.3%(36/56)的研究生文献阅读量每月不超过4篇,92.9%(52/56)的研究生认为需要开展科研培训课程,82.1%(48/56)的研究生认为临床工作对科研能力的培养有影响。结论 儿科学专硕的科研能力有待进一步提升,建议优化科研课程设置,加强导师队伍建设,促进科研与临床相结合,培养科研和临床全面发展的儿科医师。

Abstract: Objective To explore the current situation of the research skill training for postgraduates with specialized degree in pediatrics and to put forward some suggestions. Methods There were 56 graduates were enrolled in the present study. Quantitative questionnaire method was used during the data collection in order to evaluate the current research abilities of these students and to provide feedbacks for the adoption of improvement measures of research skill. Results There are only 25.0%(14/56) of graduates published articles as the first author, 64.3% (36 / 56) of the postgraduates read less than 4 articles per month, 92.9% (52 / 56) of the postgraduates thought that scientific research training courses should be carried out, and 82.1% (48 / 56) of the postgraduates thought that clinical work had an impact on the cultivation of scientific research ability. Conclusions The research ability of the postgraduate students in pediatrics major needs to be further improved. It is suggested to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research thinking, optimize the setting of scientific research courses, strengthen the construction of the tutor team, promote the combination of scientific research and clinical practice, train pediatricians with comprehensive development of scientific research and clinical practice.
