摘要: 志愿服务作为一种有效载体,在医学生综合素质培养过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文详述了在服务学习理论的指导下,通过对医疗卫生机构志愿服务活动进行科学深入的调研,合理的岗位设置以及项目化的管理,组织医学生参加了一系列实践,有助于培养他们良好的医德和坚定的职业信心,提升了他们在管理、沟通、人文素养等方面的综合素质,实现了学校、医院、医学生和患者多方共赢的目标。

Abstract: As an effective carrier, volunteering in the process of medical students' comprehensive professionalism training plays an important role, and under the guidance of the service learning theory, through the study in the medical and health institutions volunteer service activities in-depth research, reasonable setting and project management, and organize the medical students to participate in a series of work practice, helps to cultivate good medical ethics, professional faith, improve their comprehensive capacity in management, communication and humanistic attitude, to achieve a win-win goal for schools, hospitals, medical students and patients.
