摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的对滇西县域医务人员继续教育模式现状进行调查研究并提出建议。方法对部分县域医生和医疗机构负责人进行问卷调查和个别访谈,对弥渡县研究对象予以1年干预,比较效果。结果滇西县域医学继续教育存在着供需矛盾,体现在时间安排不合理、内容与临床实践脱钩和内容缺乏新进展等方面。经干预后,一定程度上提升了医生参与继续教育的主动性和在线学习的接受度。结论滇西县域医学继续教育模式需要改革,可尝试利用权威在线平台开展主动学习并加强效果评估,满足教育标准化和个体化需求的同时,注重提高医务人员的岗位胜任力。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the present continuing education model of doctors in the western counties of Yunnan Province and put forward some suggestions. Methods Questionnaires and individual interviews were conducted to doctors and local hospitals’ persons in charge as well, one year intervention in Midu County for comparison. Results The contradictions between supplies and demands were mainly showed that: inappropriate schedule, divorcing from clinical practice and lack of latest topics. The intervention comparison had a statistical significance. Conclusions Present continuing education model in the western counties of Yunnan Province requires a reform. It’s worth trying to use online authoritative resources for self-directed learning and also emphasize the effectiveness evaluation. We should meet both standardized and individual needs and pay attention to strengthening the competencies of doctors at the same time.
