Supported by:摘要: 国际上医学生的选拔录取往往采用多种评价工具。通过梳理相关文献和资料发现,目前国际上广泛使用的选拔工具有学业成绩记录、能力倾向测验、推荐信与个人陈述、面试与多站迷你面试、情境判断测试等5种。从评价内容角度来看,上述选拔工具各有侧重,可以将其划分为认知能力评价工具和非认知能力评价工具。从有效性角度来看,认知能力评价工具对学生入学后的学业表现和临床考试成绩预测效果较好;非认知能力评价工具则对学生后期的职业行为、流失率以及医生群体的多样性等有较好的预测效果。基于研究结论,结合中国国情,启示我国在医学生选拔与培养过程中,可以借鉴使用国际上医学生多元化的选拔评价工具,加强医学生选拔工具和预测效果的研究,构建一种更加科学合理的医学生选拔评价体系。
