护理专业实习学生职业尊重感现状及影响因素的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the current situation and influencing factors of job esteem among nursing interns

摘要: 目的 了解护理专业实习学生职业尊重感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2022年3至4月,采用便利抽样法,选取在湖北省3所三级甲等医院实习的330名护理专业学生为调查对象,使用一般资料调查表、护士职业尊重感量表、社会资本问卷进行调查。采用多元线性回归方法分析相关数据。结果 护理专业实习学生职业尊重感总均分为(92.31±14.43)分,社会资本总均分为(21.08±2.54)分,职业尊重感与社会资本总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,与非自愿选择护理专业、学习成绩较差和不喜欢护理专业的实习学生相比,自愿选择护理专业(b=0.68,P<0.001)、学习成绩较好(b=0.50,P<0.001)、喜欢护理专业(b=0.71,P<0.001)的学生职业尊重感评分更高;对价值观(b=0.23,P=0.015)、社会网络(b=0.12,P=0.039)评分越高的学生,职业尊重感评分更高,以上变量可解释职业尊重感评分总变异的37.2%。结论 护理专业实习学生职业尊重感处于中等水平。自愿选择护理专业、学习成绩较好、喜爱护理专业、价值观、社会网络均对实习护生的职业尊重感产生正向影响。高校及医院管理部门可通过多种形式宣传护理先进典型,引导实习学生正确认识护理专业的价值;营造和谐氛围,提高实习学生的社会参与度,引导其做好职业生涯规划,进而提升护理专业实习学生的职业尊重感。

Abstract: Objective Investigate the current situation of job esteem among nursing interns and its influencing factors. Methods From March to April 2022, a convenience sample of 330 nursing interns who have practiced in 3 tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province were selected the research participants, and the general information questionnaire and job esteem scale and social capital questionnaire was used to conduct surveys. Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the relevant data. Results The total average score of job esteem and social capital of nursing interns was (92.31±14.43) and (21.08±2.54) points, respectively. There were positively correlation between total scores and dimension scores of job esteem and social capital (all P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that compared with interns who involuntarily chose nursing major, had poor academic performance, and disliked nursing major, students who voluntarily chose nursing major (b=0.68, P<0.001), had better academic performance (b=0.50, P<0.001), and liked nursing major (b=0.71, P<0.001) had higher job esteem scores. Students with higher scores for values (b=0.23, P=0.015) and social networks (b=0.12, P=0.039) have higher scores for job esteem. The above variables can explain 37.2% of the total variation in job esteem scores. Conclusions Nursing interns' sense of professional respect is at a moderate level. Voluntary choice of nursing major, good academic performance, love of nursing major, values, and social network all have a positive impact on the job esteem of intern nursing students. Universities and hospital management departments can promote advanced nursing models through various forms to guide interns to correctly understand the value of nursing majors, create a harmonious atmosphere, enhance the social participation of interns, guide them to make good career planning, and thereby enhance the job esteem of nursing interns.
