摘要: 随着心脏外科学的发展与变化,心脏外科专科医师的手术技能训练面临着多重挑战。美国于2010年开始在心脏外科专科医师培训中试行心脏外科模拟训练课程(cardiac surgery simulation curriculum,CSSC),本文从技术发展现状、课程设置、评价体系、应用效果等方面对其进行系统性的介绍。CSSC在模块化的课程设置、考核评价体系、危机事件的团队协作模拟训练、师资配置等方面对我国有一定的参考借鉴价值。

Abstract: Surgical skill training of cardiac surgeons is faced with multiple challenges with the development and evolution of cardiac surgery. The cardiac surgery simulation curriculum (CSSC) was piloted during cardiac surgery specialist training in the United States since 2010. This article reviews and analyzes the current status of CSSC from the aspects of simulation technique development, curriculum setting, assessment system, and application effect. CSSC may improve the cardiac surgery specialist training in China on aspects such as modularized curriculum setting, assessment system, team-based simulation training, and faculty configuration.
