日本医学教育典型核心课程指南的演变与启示

摘要: 21世纪初,日本制定了第一版《医学教育典型核心课程指南》(以下简称《指南》),至今已修订了3次。各版本内容从第一版关注保障医学人才培养质量到第二版注重服务地方医疗卫生发展,到第三版重视培养医学生的研究视野再到第四版强调医学生应具备的基本资质和能力的培养要求,发生了一系列的变化。本文通过对《指南》内容演变的梳理,旨在为我国医学教育的整体规划提供参考。

Abstract: At the beginning of the twenty-first century, Japan formulated the model core curriculum for medical education. The model core curriculum for medical education guide has been edited three times. The first version was for basic quality assurance of medical students' training. The second one was mainly for quality service to the local community. The third one focused on cultivating research vision and the fourth version described the substantive requirements of medical competencies and qualifications. This paper aims to provide reference for the establishment of the whole plan of medical education in China.
