摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着世界范围内医疗体制的改革和社会环境的变化,人们对医疗服务质量的要求日益增高。本文基于职业锚理论,从职业发展学角度出发,通过探讨医生内部职业因素,包括个人职业倾向、职业定位和职业价值观取向,以及职业内涵的外在表现,促使个人需求和组织需求相匹配,从而寻求到适合医生发展的职业岗位和晋级路线,最终达到实现激发医生职业动力,维系或提高医生的职业精神,营造和谐医患关系的目的。

关键词: 医师, 职业锚理论, 职业精神, 启示

Abstract: With the reform of medical system and the change of social environment worldwide, public demand for quality medical service is increasing day by day. This paper draws on the career anchor theory, and makes reflections from the perspective of career development, through understanding ″Internal professional″ factors, including personal career orientation, career orientation and professional values orientation, as well as the external manifestation of these professional ″connotation″, to facilitate the matching of individual needs and organizational needs, and to explore clinical posts and career paths that better suit physicians in their professional development that improve their motivation, professionalism and eventually their doctor-patient relationship.
