基于案例学习教学方法的乳腺外科学教学探讨

摘要: 实习巡诊是医学生进入临床后接触专业课的关键步骤。乳腺外科学作为规模较小的新兴学科,其临床教学也具有特殊性。本文基于临床教学实践,介绍了乳腺外科学基于案例学习教学方法,从小组设置、职能分配、具体流程,到常见问题的总结及注意事项。 实践证明,这种教学方法有助于提高医学生的乳腺外科学学习效果、有助于培养医学生的自主学习和分析总结能力。同时,基于案例学习教学方法也有助于构建和完善教学案例资源库,真正做到教学相长。

Abstract: Interns practice round are the key steps for entering clinical study. The breast department is a rising special section with special characters in teaching. This paper introduces case-based learning method in breast department,including group arrangement,functional distribution,process details,common matters and attentions based on our experience. The case-based learning method can promote the learning effect and learning ability in interns and improve the teaching cases data base.
