产科方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养体系的构建

Construction of clinical practice training system for masters of nursing specialist in obstetrics

摘要: 目的 构建产科方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养体系。方法 通过文献研究和小组讨论拟定培养体系初稿;采用德尔菲法对15名专家进行2轮专家咨询,形成产科方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养体系。结果 2轮专家咨询的有效问卷回收率均为100.0%,专家权威系数分别为0.91和0.93,Kendall协调系数W分别为0.31和0.22(均P<0.001),最终形成的产科方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养体系包括培养目标、临床实践基地及师资要求、培养过程、教学内容和方法、考核评价5个部分,共89项具体内容。结论 本研究构建的培养体系科学、可靠,可为产科方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养提供参考。

Abstract: Objective To construct a clinical practice training system for masters of nursing specialist in obstetrics. Methods The first draft of the training system was developed through literature research and group discussions. Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation with 15 experts to construct the clinical practice training system for masters of nursing specialist in obstetrics. Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100.0%, the authority coefficient of experts were 0.91 and 0.93, and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.31 and 0.22, respectively (both P<0.001). The finalized clinical practice training system for masters of nursing specialist in obstetrics includes 5 parts, including training objectives, requirements for clinical practice bases and teachers, training process, teaching content and methods, and assessment and evaluation, with 89 specific contents. Conclusions The training system constructed in this study is scientific and reliable, which can provide guidance for the clinical practice training of masters of nursing specialist in obstetrics.
