Reflections on Russian medical education system from the perspective of structural functionalism

摘要: 本文应用社会学结构功能主义理论,结合俄罗斯的经济系统、政治系统、社会共同体系统和文化模式维持系统等情况,对俄罗斯医学教育体系进行分析,并形成对我国医学教育改革的思和建议,即聚拢社会多方资源,提高支持能力;细化制度法律,强化刚性约束力;协同社会多元主体,整合形成合力;塑造价值文化,增强体系内驱力。

关键词: 结构功能主义, “AGIL”功能框架, 俄罗斯, 医学教育体系, 启示

Abstract: This paper applies Parsons' “AGIL” functional framework to analyze the medical education system of Russia in combination with Russia's economic system, political system, social community system and cultural model hosting system. Some thoughts and suggestions on the reform of medical education in China are formed like pooling social resources to provide stronger support ; refining system law, strengthening social solidarity; cooperating with all stakeholders an with integration of multiple culture elements, so to reform current social value concept and create a powerful engine to drive education development.
