医学研究生心理健康水平与学业任务和社会支持的关系研究

摘要: 目的 了解医学研究生心理健康水平与学业任务和社会支持的关系,为心理健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法 采用症状自评量表(Symptom Check List-90,SCL-90)和职业紧张量表(Occupational Stress Scale,OSI-R)对西部某双一流高校的778名医学研究生进行测评。结果 医学研究生心理问题检出率为36.9%(287/778),SCL-90总分高于全国青年常模(1.57±0.55分比1.44±0.43分),差异具有统计学意义;SCL-90总分与任务过重正相关(r=0.127),与社会支持负相关(r=-0.228),差异均具有统计学意义;任务过重组SCL-90总分高于正常负荷组(1.61±0.59分比1.51±0.50分),高社会支持组的SCL-90总分低于一般社会支持组(1.51±0.49分比1.73±0.67分),差异均有统计学意义。结论 医学研究生的心理健康水平较一般正常青年人群差,学业任务越重,社会支持越缺乏,则心理健康水平越差,可通过构建良好的社会支持系统来提升医学研究生的心理健康水平。

Abstract: Objective To understand the relationship among the mental health level, academic tasks, and social support of medical postgraduates, and provide an effective basis for conducting targeted mental health education interventions.Methods Self-assessment scale (SCL-90) and Occupational Stress Scale(OSI-R) were used to evaluate 778 graduate students in a well-known university in the west of China.Results The detection rate of medical postgraduates' psychological problems was 36.9%(287/778). The SCL-90 overall score were significantly higher than the national youth norms(1.57±0.55 vs 1.44±0.43); each factor of SCL-90 was significantly positively related to overweight tasks(r=0.127), and significantly negatively related to social support(r=-0.228);the overall scores of the SCL-90 factors in the group of the task overload reorganization were higher than those in the normal load group (1.61±0.59 vs 1.51±0.50),and high social support group were significantly lower than the general social support group(1.51±0.49 vs 1.73±0.67).Conclusions The mental health level of medical postgraduates is worse than that of normal young people. The heavier academic load and the lack of social support lead to the worse mental health level. We can improve the mental health of medical postgraduates by building a good social support system.
