基于团队学习教学方法在规范化培训住院医师的心电图教学中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨基于团队学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学方法在规范化培训(以下简称“规培”)住院医师的心电图教学中的应用效果。方法 选择浙江中医药大学第一临床医学院2016年参加“规培”的38名研究生为研究对象。在心电图教学中,将他们随机分为实验组和对照组,每组再分为3小组,每小组6名~7名研究生进行培训。实验组采用TBL教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。教学结束后,比较实验组与对照组研究生的出科考试成绩。记录实验组研究生在TBL课堂中的表现及问卷调查实验组研究生对TBL教学的评价。结果 实验组研究生的理论考试平均成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.398,P<0.01);实验组研究生的心电图读片考试平均成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.202,P=0.002)。问卷调查结果表明,实验组研究生普遍赞同采用TBL教学方法。结论 在对“规培”住院医师心电图带教中,TBL教学方法能够提高“规培”住院医师自主学习能力、沟通表达能力、团队合作能力。

Abstract: Objective To study the efficiency of team-based learning (TBL) teaching method in the residents training of electrocardiography. Methods In 2016, 38 residents from The First Clinical Medical College, Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were randomly divided into 6 groups,3 groups were experimental groups, other 3 groups were control groups. TBL was used in experimental groups and traditional lecture-based learning (LBL) was used in the control groups. The final exam scores of probation were compared between experimental and control groups. For the experimental group, students' performance in the TBL lessons and their feedback towards TBL teaching after lessons were recorded. Results The theory exam average results of the experiment group were better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.398,P<0.001);The image reading exam average results of the experiment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.202,P=0.002).The results of questionnaire survey showed that TBL teaching method is well received among the residents. Conclusions The TBL teaching method can improve the self study capacity,the communication and expression capacity in ECG teaching.
