Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of online blackboard-writing on physiology study. Methods One hundred and twenty students majoring medical imaging were divided into two groups, control group using PowerPoint courseware and test group using online blackboard-writing, to study physiology. After finishing the study, the test group was evaluated by CTDI-CV questionnaire, and the teaching effect was examined by physiological term examination. Results The average score and excellent rates of the term examination were both improved in the test group compared with control group. The questionnaire survey showed that 86.7% students like using online blackboard-writing on physiology study in the test group. Conclusions Online blackboard-writing helps the teacher to improve the modern teaching technique and the teaching effects.
