摘要: 本研究应用定序logistic回归模型,分析医师资格考试命审题专家和考生的试题难度影响因素。结果表明,专家在命审题阶段完成的预估难度,主要从考试目标、认知层次等方面考虑;而对考生来说,选项的迷惑性、考查内容与实际工作的关系、否定式的题干则是主要的影响因素。本文对医师资格考试试题难度影响因素的研究仅是初步尝试,期望对今后的医师资格考试工作有所启发,随着研究的深入,将会进一步提高预估难度的准确性。

Abstract: In this paper, an analysis was presented based on ordinal logistic regression that illustrates what is the relationship between “expert judges”(or student) and influencing factors of item difficulty. The results of the study show that test purpose and cognitive skills primarily influence “expert judges”. However, the patterns shown by the student data are effectiveness of the incorrect alternative responses, connective between current practice and test content, negative questions mostly influence students. Although work from this study is limited, it suggests that the prediction item difficulty will fare well when relevant studies are conducted.
