摘要: 目的 制定眼耳鼻咽喉科新入职护士规范化培训方案,并验证其培训效果。方法 运用卫生政策分析法中常用的规范差距分析方法,比对传统的眼耳鼻咽喉科新入职护士培训方案(以下简称传统方案)与国家卫生健康委员会《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》(以下简称《大纲》)中对新入职护士培训要求的差异,组织专家讨论,制定“眼耳鼻咽喉科新入职护士规范化培训方案”(以下简称新方案)并组织落实。运用类实验性研究方法,比较接受新方案培训的新入职护士与传统方案培训的新入职护士之间的差异。结果 传统方案与《大纲》中对新入职护士培训要求在制度制定、轮转设置、课程内容、培训考核方式等方面存在差距;新方案能够提高新入职护士的操作能力和综合实践能力。结论 眼耳鼻咽喉科新入职护士规范化培训方案规范且有效,对眼耳鼻咽喉科专科医院适用。

Abstract: Objective To construct a standardized training program for EENT new nurses and verify the training effect.Methods Comparing the gaps between the training status for EENT new nurses and the requirements in the National Health Commission's “Training Program for New Nurses (Trial)”, expert discussions were organized to revise and construct the “Standardized Training Program for EENT New Nurses” and organize its implementation. To compare the differences between the new nurses trained by the new program and those trained by the traditional method by using experimental research methods.Results There was some gaps between the training status and the requirements, such as system formulation, rotation setting, curriculum content and training assessment methods. The revised training program may significantly improve the performance of new nurses in operation assessment and comprehensive practical skills.Conclusions The revised standardized training program for EENT new nurses is standardized and effective one, which fit the needs of EENT specialized hospitals.
