摘要： 随着时代发展,生命科学已经逐渐成为新一轮科技革命的主流,世界主要发达国家也越来越重视医学创新人才的培养。由于受到传统教育观念的影响,中国的学校教育和学生学习还有许多束缚,必须大力推进创新教育改革,实现培养目标由“以知识为中心”向“以能力为中心”转变,培养模式由“接受性教育”向“创新性教育”转变,着力培养学生的学习能力、实践能力、思维能力和创新能力。

Abstract: With the development of the times, life science has gradually become the mainstream of a new round of technological revolution, and the developed countries pay more and more attention to the cultivation of medical innovative talents. While due to the influence of the traditional education ideas, there are a lot of constraints in China's school education and student learning, therefore innovative education reform is urgently needed to get promotion in order to change the training center from the knowledge to the ability, also the training model from the receiving to the innovation, to focus the students' ability training on learning, practice, thinking and innovation.
