医学青年教师教育教学能力培养体系的构建与实践

The construction and practice of the cultivation system for the educational and teaching abilities of medical young faculty

摘要： 医学青年教师是加强医学人才培养、保障医学教育质量的重要力量。本文以北京大学医学青年教师为研究对象,阐述了自2012年以来医学青年教师教育教学能力培养体系的构建和实践,具体包括培养体系的构建、实践路径和实践效果。结果显示,该培养体系有效促进了医学青年教师的培养。一是加强了教学制度建设、健全了激励机制,激发了医学青年教师教育教学的积极性;二是设计了全周期的培养方案和多层次的项目集群,提升了医学青年教师教育教学的能力和水平;三是营造了重教研教的教学文化生态,促进了医学青年教师队伍建设和集体成长。本研究为医学青年教师教育教学能力培养体系的构建提供了实践范例,期望能够为全国院校的医学教师师资队伍建设提供参考。

Abstract: Medical young faculty are a vital force in strengthening medical talent development and ensuring the quality of medical education. This study focuses on medical young faculty at Peking University, and outlines the construction and practice of a cultivation system for their teaching and educational capabilities since 2012, including the framework design, practical pathways, and outcomes achieved. Results show that this cultivation system has effectively advanced the development of medical young faculty. First, merit systems and incentive mechanisms have been strengthened, stimulating the enthusiasm of young faculty for education. Second, a full-cycle training program and a multi-tiered project cluster have been designed to enhance the teaching and educational capabilities of young faculty. Third, a culture that values teaching and teaching research has been fostered, promoting faculty development and collective growth. This study provides a practical model for building cultivation systems to develop the educational and teaching abilities of young medical educators and offers valuable reference for medical faculty development across institutions nationwide.
