自主学习在医学教育领域应用的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of the application of self-directed learning in medical education

摘要: 目的 分析自主学习在医学教育领域应用的现状和前沿方向。方法 采用文献计量学研究方法。检索2015年1月1日至2024年12月31日Web of Science数据库核心合集、中国知网数据库、万方数据知识服务平台和中华医学期刊全文数据库中自主学习在医学教育领域应用的相关文献,运用VOSviewer 1.6.18软件进行关键词聚类分析,运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1 软件进行关键词突现分析。结果 共纳入中文文献2 523篇,英文文献932篇。中文文献的总体发文量明显高于英文文献,但自2020年开始,英文文献的年发文量明显增加。中英文文献的高频关键词分别形成6个和4个聚类,其中高频的突现关键词主要包括self-assessment、artificial intelligence、临床思维、教学评价等。结论 自主学习在医学教育领域应用的研究热度持续走高,中文文献发文总量领先,但近年来英文文献增长更为迅速。研究热点聚焦于新兴技术应用、教学评价体系建立和临床思维培养等方面,这些主题对未来研究具有参考价值。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the current status and emerging frontiers of selfdirected learning applications in the medical field. Methods A bibliometric approach was adopted. The publications on the application of selfdirected learning in medicine from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2024 in the Web of Science Core Collection, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data, and Chinese Medical Journals databases was retrieved. VOSviewer 1.6.18 was used for keyword clustering analysis, and CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was used for burst keyword detection. Results A total of 2 523 Chinese-language and 932 English-language publications were included. The overall annual publication volume of Chinese articles was higher than that of English articles; however, from 2020, the annual number of English publications increased markedly. Highfrequency keywords from Chinese and English literatures formed six and four clusters, respectively. Prominent burst keywords included ″selfassessment″, ″artificial intelligence″, ″clinical thinking″ and ″teaching evaluation.″ Conclusions Research on self-directed learning in medical education has continued to gain momentum. While Chinese-language publications dominate in total volume, English-language research has exhibited a sharper growth trajectory in recent years. The research hotspots center on the application of emerging technologies, the establishment of teaching evaluation systems, and the cultivation of clinical thinking, all of which have implications for future research directions.
