摘要: 藏医药高等教育经历了30余年的发展,在培养规模、培养层次、培养类型上虽然取得了长足的发展,但教学模式传统、教学理念落后、师资力量薄弱等因素制约了藏医药高等教育的高质量发展。本文在剖析藏医药高等教育现状及其原因的基础上,提出贯彻新发展理念、夯实教育信息化建设、优化学科布局、加大师资队伍建设、深化教学改革等解决方法,以探索符合藏医药高等教育自身实际的高质量发展路径。

Abstract: After more than 30 years of development, Tibetan medicine higher education has made great progress and development in terms of training scale, training level and training type, but the traditional teaching mode, backward teaching concept and weak teachers restrict the high-quality development of Tibetan medicine higher education. Based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of Tibetan medicine higher education, this paper proposes corresponding solutions: implementing the new development concept, consolidating the information construction of education, optimizing the layout of disciplines, increasing the construction of teachers, deepening the teaching reform, and trys to explore the path of high-quality development in line with the actual situation of Tibetan medicine higher education.
