数字化切片结合免疫组化和病例分析在本科生病理学实验教学中的应用

Application of virtual slice combined with immunohistochemistry and case analysis in the teaching of undergraduate pathology experiments

摘要: 为了探索数字化切片结合免疫组化和病例分析在本科病理学实验教学中的应用效果,提升病理学教学质量。在病理学实验教学中,设计数字化切片结合免疫组化和病例分析教学,并于2022年3至7月在桂林医学院2020级五年制临床医学专业44名学生中实施,通过考试和问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果显示,本方法教学的学生病例教学成绩(47.33±16.39)分,明显高于使用传统方法学生的(20.89±12.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001),97.7%(43/44)的学生认为该教学方法有助于提升临床思维能力、促进病理学知识的掌握、加深对病理检查和诊断过程的了解。在病理学实验教学中应用数字化切片结合免疫组化和病例分析有助于提高教学效果。

Abstract: To explore the application of virtual slice combined with immunohistochemistry and case analysis in the teaching of undergraduate pathology experiments, and improve the quality of pathology teaching. In the teaching of pathology experiments, we designed this method and implemented in 44 students of five-year program of clinical medicine in Guilin Medical University from March to July 2022. The teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaires. The results showed that the average score of the case study after using this method (47.33±16.39) was improved as compared with that of using the traditional method (20.89±12.45) (P=0.001). The survey found that 97.7%(43/44)of the students believed that the teaching method was helpful for improving the clinical thinking ability, promoting the mastery of pathological knowledge, and deepening the understanding of pathological examination and diagnosis process. The application of this teaching method is beneficial to improve the teaching effect in the teaching of pathology experiments.
