客观结构化临床考试在助产学专业学生助产技能训练中的应用

The application and evaluation of objective structured clinical examination in midwife skill training courses

摘要: 目的 探讨客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination, OSCE)在本科助产学专业学生助产技能训练中的应用效果。方法 2019年6月,选取河北医科大学2017级四年制助产学专业30名学生为研究对象,通过文献回顾法和专家咨询法构建考站,招募并培训高年级助产学生作为标准化孕产妇参与考核,并采用问卷调查方法收集学生对本次考核的评价。结果 本次考核含5个考站,其中3个考站配有标准化病人(standardized patients, SP)(本文称为“标准化孕产妇”)参与。学生考核成绩在88.60分~96.80分之间,平均成绩为92.21分。学生对本次考核的总体满意度为(63.37±6.47)分。3个SP考站中SP对学生评价分别为(80.13±2.22)分、(81.96±1.15)分、(83.83±1.02)分。结论 客观结构化临床考试比较全面、科学地评价了学生的助产技能水平,标准化孕产妇对学生的评价和反馈有利于完善评价角度、满足学生需求,为助产学专业学生助产核心胜任力的培养提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Objective To apply the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in midwifery skills training courses among midwifery students and to discuss the potential effects of OSCE among midwifery students. Methods In June 2019, a total of 30 midwifery students enrolled in 2017 from Hebei Medical University were selected. Literature review and expert discussion were used to construct test stations. Standardized patients were enrolled and trained for the exam. Students were asked to evaluate the examination by filling a survey questionnaire. Results Five test stations were used and three of them used standardized patients(SP). Students final scores of the exam ranged from 88.60 to 96.80, with an average of 92.21. The satisfaction score of the exam from students was (63.37±6.47). The scores of students given by SP in the three stations were(80.13±2.22), (81.96±1.15) and (83.83±1.02) respectively. Conclusions OSCE gave comprehensive and scientific evaluation of students' midwifery skills. The feedback from SP may optimize the feedback to trainers and thus provide the evidence for the improvement of midwifery students' training aiming at their core competency.
