The application of “active probation and fusion teaching” in obstetrics and gynecology teaching

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of “active probation and fusion teaching” in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods Eight-year clinical program students enrolled in clinical medical practice in the fall of 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The control group(36 cases) received traditional teaching model,the experimental group(69 cases) received the active probationary model. The teaching effect was evaluated and compared by theory test, skill operation and questionnaire survey.Results The students in the experimental group were better than the control group in theoretical scores, skill operation scores and learning initiative. There was no significant difference between the two groups in learning enthusiasm, confidence, satisfaction and adaptability.Conclusions The effect of “active probation and fusion teaching” is better than that of traditional teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.
