Abstract: Objective To survey the current situation of medical resident standardization training base clinical skill center in Zhejiang Province, to discuss the main problems exist in the development and operation of clinical skill center, and provide the experience and basis for further optimize the construction and management of clinical skill center. Methods By using Delphi Method and self-designed questionnaire to investigate the current situation of the construction and operation of medical resident standardization training base in whole province. Results The national base area is mostly 600～2000 square meters. Most provincial bases are less than 1000 square meters. It is insufficient and unreasonable for the arrangement of fulltime managers in the skill center. Most teachers are relatively fixed. The curriculum system is lack of systematization. The using condition is uneven level. The level of information construction is general. Conclusions This paper proposed to strengthen the staffing of full-time managers, improve the level of information, build the core faculty team, to optimize the curriculum and training program as well as to set up a stable and long-term investment mechanism.
