Construction of medical virtual teaching and research group based on system contingency theory

Abstract: In order to further strengthen the construction of medical primary teaching group, based on the analysis of the characteristics and problems of medical virtual teaching and research group, and the types and characteristics of virtual teaching and research group, the paper attempts to put forward suggestions on the construction of medical virtual teaching and research group from five aspects by using system contingency theory: goal and value system, technology system, social psychological system, structure system and management system. It is proposed that the construction of medical virtual teaching and research group should well define the organizations core values and positioning, strengthen the organization's teaching core functions, create a unique culture of medical education organization and to develop a multi-dimensional matrix structure with related management mechanism.
