Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine higher education should promote the integrative cultivation of knowledge and morality. The Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is practicing the reform of course ideology and politics. By linking professional education, cultural penetration, and political work in an all-round way, a trinity teaching system of political, general, and professional courses is established. All courses establish moral goals and incorporate moral elements. Through the integration of socialist core values and Chinese excellent traditional culture education into the whole course of professional course teaching, it is possible to cultivate Chinese medicine talents who have both ability and political integrity.
