Abstract: Reverse thinking can help improve medical students' learning initiative and enthusiasm, and cultivate their logical reasoning skills,as well as clinical thinking ability. This article takes as an example the ultrasound diagnosis internship teaching of 30 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging at Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2019 to elaborate on the teaching design and implementation process of integrating reverse thinking into ultrasound diagnosis internship. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated through process evaluation, summative evaluation, and questionnaire survey. The results showed that total score of the students was (83.15±8.32) points, among which the excellent rate of process evaluation was 63.3% (19/30), and the excellent rate of summative evaluation is 76.7% (23/30). The students' satisfaction score of reverse thinking teaching was above 4.50 points. The integrating of reverse thinking into ultrasound diagnosis internship is effective, And medical students were generally satisfied with teaching of reverse thinking.
