Volunteer service and integrated professionalism cultivation practice of medical students under the theory of service learning

Abstract: As an effective carrier, volunteering in the process of medical students' comprehensive professionalism training plays an important role, and under the guidance of the service learning theory, through the study in the medical and health institutions volunteer service activities in-depth research, reasonable setting and project management, and organize the medical students to participate in a series of work practice, helps to cultivate good medical ethics, professional faith, improve their comprehensive capacity in management, communication and humanistic attitude, to achieve a win-win goal for schools, hospitals, medical students and patients.
