The bottleneck and breakthrough research of medical graduate students' ideological education

Abstract: Combined with the dominant problems and confusion of today's medical graduate student, the working status of ideological education teachers, management model and idea of ideological education work, the view of teachers and students about the existing problems of ideological education and so other problems, this paper analysis of dilemma and problems in terms of concept, mechanism, management and service content of practical medical students ideological education, to promote the ideological education work to find a breakthrough for graduate student.
