Abstract: The test paper analysis is an important means to improve the quality of test questions, understand students’ learning progress and provide feedback on the teaching. This paper studied 120 physiological test questions from integrative tests of basic medicine from 2013 to 2016 for students of five-year undergraduate program in Air Force Medical Univevsity, and evaluated the quality of test questions by investigating discrimination, difficulty and characteristic curve of each test question. On this basis, we tried to formulate the quantitative indicator of test questions for Holistic Integrative Medicine curriculum and introduce a few methods of carrying out the quantitative analysis of test questions, providing reference assistance for improving teaching methods.
