Discussion on transformation of teaching concepts and reform of education and teaching in local medical universities

Abstract: In order to improve the level of education and teaching in local medical colleges and universities, according to its own education and teaching situation, Jining Medical University has introduced a series of policies and measures. It not only puts forward more innovative teaching ideas, but also supports the whole school teachers to carry out various forms of education and teaching reform research. Based on the analysis of the reform and development in recent years, this paper summarizes the experience and puts forward some pertinent suggestions, hoping to provide reference for the reform of other medical colleges and universities.
