Abstract: Objective In order to understand the research status and hotspots of entrustable professional activities(EPAs) in the field of nursing, the literatures were reviewed by bibliometrics to provide reference for related research in China. Methods The English literatures on EPAs in nursing field from January 1st, 2005 to July 2nd, 2021 were retrieved and reviewed from seven databases, namely Web of Science, PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Embase, ProQuest and PsychINFO. The basic information and research contents of related literature were analyzed by bibliometrics with the software NoteExpress, Ucinet and WPS Office 2021. Results A total of 17 articles were reviewed, and the majority of them were published by institutes in United States. According to the research content, three topics were extracted basic research construction, application and evaluation of nursing EPAs. Conclusions EPAs is one of the research hotspots in the nursing field, but it mainly focuses on the feasibility of EPAs and the description of the construction process. The basic study and research on EPAs applied evaluation need to be strengthened.
