我国健康服务与管理专业本科生培养目标探析

摘要: 目的 分析和归纳我国不同类型高校健康服务与管理专业本科生培养目标的定位及其差异。方法 2020年6月至10月,采用文献研究法和词频分析法对67所高校健康服务与管理专业本科生的培养目标进行分析。采用中文词频分析软件ROST-CM6对其健康服务与管理专业培养目标进行分词和高频词提取,从专业素养、知识要求、能力要求、工作方向、人才类型5个维度进行词频分析,归纳目前该专业差异性定位和存在的问题。结果 “管理”在各维度关键词频的总频次中占比最高,为24.3%(67/276),其次是“应用型”[15.2%(42/276)]和“创新”[10.5%(29/276)]。同时,关键词频在不同高校的分布情况显示,“管理”在67所高校出现的频率为100.0%(67/67),“应用型”和“医学”出现频率分别为62.7%(42/67)和35.8%(24/67)。知识要求维度中的关键词“管理”在不同院校类型之间的分布完全一致,在医药类、理工类、综合类和其他类院校培养目标中“医学”出现的次数分别为12次、8次、2次和2次,其在不同院校类型之间分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相关高校健康服务与管理专业本科生培养目标均着重应用型人才培养,突出创新精神和能力培养,具有一定的科学性和合理性。目前存在的较为突出的问题是,专业培养目标定位不够明确,核心竞争优势不够突出。

Abstract: Objective To analyze and summarize the orientation and differentiation of training objectives of undergraduates majoring in health services and management in different universities. Methods From June to October 2020, the undergraduate training objectives of 67 universities offering program of health services and management were analyzed through literature review and word frequency analysis. The Chinese version of software ROST-CM6 was applied to split words and extract high-frequency words from training objectives of health service and management program from 67 sample universities. The word frequency analysis was conducted in five dimensions: professionalism, knowledge requirements, capacity requirements, job orientation and talent type, to summarize the current differential orientation and problems of the program. Results The keyword management has the highest frequency as 24.3%(67/276), followed by application-oriented and innovation as 15.2%(42/276) and 10.5 % (29/276) respectively. Meanwhile, the distribution of keywords in different universities shows that the frequency of management found in 67 universities is 100.0%(67/67),the frequency of management and medical are 62.7%(42/67) and 35.8%(24/67) respectively. The distribution of the keyword management among different types of institutions was exactly the same, the difference in the distribution of the keyword medical in the knowledge requirement dimension among different types of institutions is statistically significant (P<0.05), the number of institutions in which this keyword appears in the training objectives of medicine, science and technology, general and other categories is 12, 8, 2 and 2 respectively. Conclusions The training objectives of undergraduates majoring in health service and management in sample schools all focus on the cultivation of application-oriented talents, highlighting the cultivation of innovative spirit and capacity, with a certain degree of scientific and rationality. At present, the significant challenges come from the orientation of professional training objectives which is not clear enough and the core competitive strengthens are not enough.
