麻醉学教学中引入TeamSTEPPS团队教学课程的探索

摘要: “提高医疗质量和患者安全的团队策略与工具包”(Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety,TeamSTEPPS)团队教学课程,可以将团队合作技能与临床实践有机整合,改善医疗服务中的团队表现,从而提高医疗质量和患者安全。为了研究该课程在麻醉学教学中的应用效果,从2018年12月开始,北京协和医院借助SimMan 3G模拟人开展TeamSTEPPS课程教学,对包括麻醉医师、外科医师、手术护士在内的跨专业团队实施模拟病例培训,对比培训前后学员团队合作认知情况和团队合作态度,并对课程教学效果进行评估。截至2019年12月,共培训48名学员,每名学员接受过2次模拟病例的团队培训,所有学员对课程教学均表示满意。TeamSTEPPS团队教学课程教学可以增强学员团队合作认知和合作态度,为提高麻醉学团队的临床工作能力提供帮助。

Abstract: “Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety”(TeamSTEPPS) is a team-work course which can integrate team cooperation skills with clinical practice, improve team performance in medical service, and improve medical quality and patient safety. In order to study the application effect of the course in anesthesia teaching, from December 2018, Peking Union Medical College Hospital used SimMan Team steps course was supported by 3G simulators. The simulated case training was carried out by interdisciplinary teams including anesthesiologists, surgeons and surgical nurses. The cognition and attitude of team cooperation of the trainees before and after the training were compared, and the effect of the course was evaluated. Up to December 2019, a total of 48 trainees have been trained, and each trainee has received two team training on simulated cases. All trainees are satisfied with the course. TeamSTEPPS course can enhance trainees' team cooperation cognition and attitude, and the willingness to provide help to improve the clinical performance of anesthesia team.
