摘要： 医学影像学是临床医学的重要组成部分,放射科住院医师规范化培训内容和过程有其独特性,本文对2019年辽宁省放射住培结业实践技能考核的具体实施流程、考官设置、考核模式、考核内容和考核结果进行回顾性分析,以期为放射科住院医师规范化培训结业实践技能考核提供经验。

Abstract: As an important part of clinical medicine, the content and process of the standardized residents training of radiology has its own characteristics. In this paper, the assessment procedures for clinical skills of standardized residents training of radiology in Liaoning Province, 2019, were retrospectively analyzed, including examiner settings, specific testing mode, contents of examination, and analysis of testing results, in order to provide more reasonable recommendations for the future assessments.
