从医学课程总论教学现状谈医学教学的本末问题

Discussing the status of general theory teaching from the current situation of medical courses

摘要: 采用问卷调查方式,以辽宁省5所医学院校2016级五年制临床医学专业三年级954名学生和64名教师及教学管理人员为调查对象,对医学课程总论教学现状进行了匿名调查。调查结果表明,在5所医学院校中普遍存在着重视专业知识技能的讲授,轻视医学学科本身规律、特点和医学思维的讲授;在教学安排上,总论的学时数明显减少,甚至有的学校的教学中竟无总论的学时数。在对知识的考核中,几乎没有关于总论、医学思维和医学规律的考查内容。本文对其原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 954 clinical medical undergraduates enrolled in 2016 of five medical universities in Liaoning Province. The current teaching situation of general introduction of related disciplines was investigated anonymously. In 5 medical colleges and universities, there is a widespread emphasis on the teaching of professional knowledge and skills, and neglect the teaching of medical discipline's own laws, characteristics and medical thinking. In the course arrangement, the total number of hours is obviously simplified, even in some relevant chapters of schools, there is no total hours. In the assessment of knowledge, there is hardly any examination of general theory, medical thinking and medical law. This paper makes a preliminary analysis of the reasons and discusses the relevant solutions.
