摘要： 近年来,俄罗斯的医学教育体系发生了重大变化,为了与欧洲高等医学教育对接,培养出符合时代要求的高素质医学人才,提高俄罗斯居民医疗卫生质量,自2016年1月1日起,俄罗斯实行新的医务人员执业准入程序,建立专家专业认证体系。本文阐述了俄罗斯卫生领域专家专业认证体系的法规基础、认证机构、工作形式和实施专家专业认证程序的方法支持,供我国卫生领域的专家、学者参考。

Abstract: Great changes have taken place in Russia's medical education system in recent years. In order to meet the requirements of European higher medical education, cultivate high-quality medical talents meeting the needs of the 21 Century, and improve medicare and healthcare quality for Russian residents, professional accreditation, a new admission procedure for the accredited medical personnel, has been introduced since January 1st, 2016. The paper elaborates the regulation basis, accreditation body, operation modes, implementation methods for professional accreditation in Russia's health field and provides reference for experts and scholars in China's health field.
