摘要： 随着现代信息数量的增多、更新速度的加快以及复杂高新技术在医疗实践领域中的广泛应用,医务人员必须不断学习新知识、掌握新技能。俄罗斯传统的补充职业教育框架下的专科医师技能提升体系已经不能适应时代的要求,发展继续医学教育成为俄罗斯医学教育体系中的一项重要任务。在查阅大量俄文资料的基础上,本文阐述了俄罗斯发展继续医学教育的原因、先决条件、原则、目的和实施情况,供我国医学教育界有关专家和学者参考。

Abstract: With the increasing amount and rapid update of modern information, as well as the wide application of complex high tech into medical practice, medical staff are required to learn new knowledge and master new skills. However, specialized doctors' vocational skills promotion system has not adapted to the times within the framework of traditional complementary vocational education in Russia. To develop continuing medical education has become an important task in the medical education system in Russia. The study elaborates the reasons, backgrounds, principles, aims and implementation of developing continuing medical education in Russia based on abundant Russian literature materials, and provides some advice for domestic experts and scholars.
