骨科年轻医师医患沟通现况分析和培训模式探讨

Survey of doctor-patient communication status of young doctors and the training model in the department of orthopedics

摘要: 本研究对广东省人民医院骨科50名年轻医师以问卷形式进行调查,从而了解年轻医师医患沟通的现状,对医患沟通的认知程度和对医患沟通技巧培训的需求。结果显示,70.0%(35/50)的调查对象曾经接受过不完整的医患沟通技能的培训,96.0%(48/50)的调查对象曾经历过医患沟通矛盾,98.0%(49/50)的调查对象自认为并不擅长与患者沟通,40.0%(20/50)的调查对象对当前医患沟通技能培训和医学人文的教育状况总体评价为一般,92.0%(46/50)的调查对象认为有必要开展沟通技能的培训。因此,应当将医患沟通纳入住院医师必修培训课程体系,提升住院医师医患沟通技能,使之具有良好的职业素养和岗位胜任力。同时,根据骨科专业的特殊性,开展专门针对骨科住院医师的医患沟通能力培养课程。

Abstract: Doctor-patient communication skills play a vital role in medical education and clinical work. In this study, the young doctors in the Guangdong General Hospital were investigated by questionnaires to understand residents' cognition of doctor-patient communication, negative communications experience and interest in communication skills training. 50 young doctors completed the survey. This survey showed that 70.0% (35/50) of the residents had received unsystematic doctor-patient communication skills training; 96.0% (48/50) of the respondents had negative experience of doctor-patient communication; 98% of the respondents believed their communication skills were insufficient; 40.0% (20/50) of the respondents were not satisfied with current communication skills education; 92.0% (46/50) of the respondents hoped to further accept communication skills training. Therefore, it is important to integrate doctor-patient communication into the compulsory training course system for residents during their standardized training, strengthening residents' communication skills, by which making the residents have good professionalism and job competence. Finally, the importance and necessity of strengthening the training of residents' doctor-patient communication ability in department of orthopedics was analyzed. Considering with the particularity of orthopedic diseases, training methods are put forward to strengthen doctor-patient communication ability.
