医学生批判性思维能力现状调查及影响因素分析

Analysis on the current status of medical student's critical thinking ability and its influencing factors

摘要: 目的 了解医学生批判性思维能力现状及影响因素。方法 采用中文版批判性思维能力测量问卷对武汉大学医学部320名医学生进行调查。结果 医学生批判性思维能力得分为(244.97±30.03)分,10.0%的医学生表现为正性批判性思维能力。医学生批判性思维能力整体较弱,且受性别、学历、年级及临床实践能力的影响,批判性思维能力女生优于男生,研究生优于本科生,高年级医学生优于低年级医学生。医学生文献检索和临床实践能力越强,批判性思维能力越强。 结论 高校应结合批判性思维影响因素,改进教学方法,不断提高医学生批判性思维能力。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current status of medical student's critical thinking ability and its influencing factor.Methods 320 medical students from the Medical School of Wuhan University were selected for investigation. Chinese Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CTDI-CV)was adopted for the survey.Results The average total score of CTDI-CV of the medical students was (244.97±30.03), and only 10.0% of the students showed positive critical thinking ability. Student's critical thinking ability was weak. Gender, education, grade and practical ability were the main influencing factors of critical thinking ability in medical students. In critical thinking ability, female was significantly stronger than male, graduates were superior to undergraduates and high grade medical students were better than junior medical students. The stronger students' clinical competence and ability of documents index were, the better their critical thinking ability were.Conclusions Colleges and universities should improve teaching methods to develop critical thinking ability of students majored in medicine.
