摘要: 在医教协同背景下,以职业需求为导向、以实践能力培养为重点是临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养模式及考试招生制度改革的新要求。本文分析了我国临床医学硕士专业学位研究生招生考试(以下简称招生考试)全国统考科目改革的必要性,在借鉴美国医学院入学考试改革理念的基础上,提出招生考试全国统考科目改革的路径,即有机衔接招生考试的考核目标和医师职业胜任力培养目标;细化招生考试的能力考查目标;强调以病例为引导和以问题为导向的招生考试命题理念。

Abstract: This article was actively response to the new requirement on career needs and practical capacity building among clinical medical professional master degree,especially in the background of medical education.The article firstly analyzed the necessity of the reformation of medical graduate entrance examination in China.Second is the main content and characteristics of the US MCAT reform.On the basis of above research,the article purposed the realistic pathway of the national unified exam remodeling in medical graduate entrance examination.Assessment Objective s of exam organically linked with the training Objective s of professional competence of doctors,refine the Objective s of the competency test and in the test development practice emphasizes the concept of “case oriented,problem oriented”
