以胜任力为导向的医学教育里程碑标准的研究进展

摘要: 在医学教育的发展过程中,岗位胜任力里程碑标准的提出,使以胜任力为导向的医学教育得到进一步落实与发展,因而里程碑标准在医学教育中的应用被逐渐强调。本研究首先系统描述以胜任力为导向的医学教育和里程碑标准的概念及相互关系,其次分别描述美国、加拿大、中国台湾及大陆地区的医学教育里程碑标准发展历程,并对医学教育里程碑标准相关研究的现状和研究空白做出总结,从而为以胜任力为导向的医学教育里程碑标准的相关研究奠定理论基础。

Abstract: In the process of the development of medical education,the proposal of milestones makes the competency-based medical education implemented and developed.Therefore,the application of milestone in medical education is gradually emphasized.This study firstly systematically described the concept and relationship between competency-based medical education and milestones,and then described the development process of competency milestones in the United States,Canada,Chinese Taiwan and Chinese Mainland.The existing research condition and the gaps were summarized,thus laying a theoretical foundation for the relevant research on milestone standards in competency-based medical education.
